List of sites with free games and more as sign-up bonuses. (A Work in Progress.)

As my title states I wanna start making a list to share with paid and non-paid sites that give you free stuff and try to keep it updated month to month with the new content. This idea just came into my head so I haven't really looked around the web much to find things yet.

So far all I have is this:

Free

  • Playblink (Updated) - Play games against fellow Steam members to win free Steam games. (Updated: Its is against SteamGift's forum rules to ask for/offer Playblink invite codes.)

  • Alienware Arena - Hosts various give-aways(some with numerous winners. 10s, 100s, 1000s, ECT)for Betas, Games, DLC, In-game items, and more. Also hosts tournaments for various games.

Paid

  • IGN Prime - Dungeon Defenders (Game), UFO Online: Fight for Earth (Closed Beta), and Dungeons and Dragons Online: Menance of the Underdark (Closed Beta)

Other

  • SAPPHIRE Select Club - Free Contests for all members, Gold Members(Must register your SAPPHIRE graphics card to be a Gold member. Please refer to website to see which cards are eligible.) receive up to 5 promotions per calender year.

Any help will really make this list a great community effort.

This is a great idea. However, most sign-up bonuses I know of were temporary and no longer running. For example, the Reddit Lucid giveaway, or the Rockstar Games Midnight Club 2 giveaway are two recent ones but are already over.

EDIT: Don't let this discourage anyone though, I'm sure there are lots more out there that may still be running.

EDIT 2: There was also the Puppy Games site with Titan Attacks and other giveaways. Not sure if that's still on or not...

Yea I know that's why I want to have it a joint effort to keep it up to date with what is currently running and remove what is expired.

***EDIT: From reviewing "http://www.puppygames.net/" I could not find any giveaways other than if you buy the game from them directly they will give you a free Steam code for that game. FYI I forget how to do the whole hyperlink thingy so I don't have to have the whole site spelled out so people can just click the link.

I read that, also I do believe he tried to get the Steam keys and accounts banned due to abuse since the offer was ONE free game per person (one steam code). But you know how people are...

He didn't try to get people banned, he had keys revoked of those that abused the system.

Yea he seems like a great guy especially since he gave everyone stuff on HIS birthday then they went and did this to him but he still honored the 1 gift for everyone.

Yep hence it being under the paid section. I don't know if they offer longer plans or lifetimes but that research is up to the person who wants to actually subscribe. Maybe at some point i'll add the prices to this list once I get it going.

Thats odd the site was working when I added it a few minutes ago. Looks like its down for a little maintenance. Says it'll be back soon.
