here is mine

Mission impossible to take just one screenshot of it. I use grid view showing all games and custom icons for the ones that didn't have one. I only use show all games atm because I can't have all installed but soon I will have another 2TB hdd :)

I also have my Icons on about 50% size and for me this is the ultimate eye candy setting.

It's standard and always resize it after adding games, which isn't very often, so i don't need to scroll through it (i don't like maximized windows)
