Word document for my personal one. This ones more up to date than my trading one. But it is way messier in a sense that there isnt a table or what not, just a line for every game and space in between the other two like so minus the "|"
Game Name | Bundle it was from | Key or Link
For trading last time I had it on a google docs. It was more proper and neat but it took me hours just to update it as I'm not good at doing proper admin stuff like these
For both I delete stuff once it's used or traded cuz I'll get confused if I dont a few months down the road
PS: I really like the amount of info and detail you are doing with yours. Wish I was that patient and more capable into organising my work like you do

On the spreadsheet with quite similiar columns to yours. Only difference is, I don't generate links/reveal keys if possible to have extra assurance key is not used already.
Be careful tho where you leave the spreadsheet , I could swear those keys are multiplying when left unattended p

I have a .txt file for each source web-site in which I write Game name - Key - GA / Used.
Also there's a graph called "Non GA material" for games which were given away for free :)
Maybe I should create a spreadsheet too... Oh well.

Spreadsheet. A table for each bundle with a separate sheet for each site. But I am gravitating toward a database so that I can pull reports. That sounds sadly excessive compulsive

I have an excel file with a bunch of different sheets, one for Steam keys that aren't extras but I haven't activated yet for some reason, one for extra Steam keys, one for Origin keys, one for Uplay keys, one for itch.io keys, one for Desura keys, and one for XBox 360 keys. Most are just the game and key, but I include prices on the extras sheet and bold them if I've already added them to my trades thread topic. Keys that I've traded to someone else or that I've activated myself get removed immediately. That's the most important part, and I wish everyone would do that.

I use an Excel spreadsheet with the several fields. Some are mandatory, some are less important but can help with sorting the list (i.e. when choosing which games to create giveaways for). Once a game is given (or in the past - traded), it's hidden from the list because I set the spreadsheet to only display rows where status of the key is available (blanks).
Mandatory fields:
Optional Steam-specific fields (if I don't have something better to do with my time)
Any other ideas or suggestions?
