Whats the title? you had a gun where you could reduce or increase the height of the terrain.

Roller Coaster Tycoon is the only game I've ever played where you could change the terrain. That's all I know of.

Definitely Fracture. I had it on the PS3 but it got stolen.

yup! It HAS to be Fracture,I actually have it on my Xbox 360,was pretty fun but never got around to finishing it
