So random question kinda related. I've never played an Assassin's Creed game before, though went ahead and grabbed this because I'll grab anything free to have on hand later. Will I be downright confused if I play this first?

I haven't played 3 yet but it will probably be pretty confusing going in with no experience with the games. You could play the game for gameplay and get along fine but you might need to do some googling to figure out what's going on if you want to fully understand the story.

Yeah, I do want to understand the story. So I'll probably give it a go to see if I like the gameplay, and if I do, then I'll get the others either for PC or my Xbox. Still is nice though, because I doubt my PC would play AC3.

Turns out this is actually legit, it's some sort of promo running in Japan, except it was put on the Chinese marketplace (which doesn't even exist)

What you could do is Find a Chinese VPN and, a program called Connectify Hotspot. Since my router is broadcasting through some thick layers of wall, I have Connectify Pro, so my computer is broadcasting a Wi-Fi signal itself and, I have my 360 connected to that. So ipso facto, that way if you can manage to find a Chinese VPN, your ip will read as a Chinese one and, the download will still be safe.

+1 to Connectify, but ConnectifyPro is a scam, I'm still using the old Connectify 2.2 which is free and does everything
