you will get cv if you use your account.
it's not that uncommon here, lots of people get devs keys and make giveaways. some will say it's cheating the system, but it's allowed by steamgifts and doesn't break any rule.
if you really don't want to get credit for it, you could contact support after it's finished, and have the GA deleted.
or you could use another steam account to do the giveaway (just don't go and create a new one, first ask if support is ok with it, using alt accounts isn't allowed).

Thanks a lot Mullins. This was exactly what I needed to know.
I didn't want to cheat the system, nor do I want to create an alt account.
Sounds like contacting support for ga deletion after it is complete, is the way to go.

I'm working with a dev of an Early Access game. I've agreed to handle distributing some keys and expect to be given 10-100 keys to distribute here on SG. The dev isn't familiar with sg.com yet, so I've agreed to do the work on this end.
How can make a give away and not get a boost to my sg ratio?
The games are not "mine" and I don't feel my ratio here should benefit from the ga, when it happens.
