They buy the 2€ game in a new acc, go into competitive and pretend to be CS:GOds.
And obviously they buy it when its on sale like this one so they wont risk to spent 10€ and get banned.

I just played a Competitive. Three players which i suspected they were cheating (im sure they were cheating even though they lost cause they didnt paid a good hack :P) had ONLY CS:GO on their library and the fourth guy had been VAC banned a while back.

The last time it was on such sale i remember encountering quite a few similar situations...

Crap ! I gave all I had left on Far Cry 3, a couple of weeks back. At least that was an awesome deal. And I have yet to discover the definition of insanity.
