SGtools syncs about once a day, and if it syncs when steam is having issues, it will report you not having activated all your gifts. You can force a re-sync, which should fix this. But to be safe, never hit received before you've activated a gift.

Does it take awhile to register after I've redeemed a gift I've won? I have activated all gifts I've won so far, but I still get the error message. Does it matter that I hit received before activating my gift?
