Your worst trade proposals?

Hey guys,

So I've been lurking around SteamTrades, made myself a 'lil thread as well.

And I've got a few stupid proposals, both in Steam chat and in the thread.

For example, some guy was offering 2 TF2 keys for Prototype 1. Another guy was offering 5 Planetside 2 keys for L4D2. And, what for me is the creme de la creme, some guy offered FTL for Darksiders 2.

I mean, seriously. I could just buy whatever the fuck I want - and I did just buy FTL: Soundtrack Edition out of spite. I don't know. There's just something about really off trades that just ticks me off.

Sometimes the valuation of people are just out there.

I got these offers:

  • Their Torchlight for my Far Cry and Dear Esther (back when DE was brand new)
  • Their Renegade Ops for my Dear Esther, Far Cry and Rush...

had both games at the time, so called traders did not even check before lowballing... also,

  • Their Section 8 prejudice (all dlcs) for my Bulletstorm and Farcry

Anyway, that's when I decided to stop trading and start gifting...

Apparently he would help me with computer issues for life lmao....

He got banned because he was trying to sell this offer to many people at the time. Best part was he said it was the best offer I was gonna get haha.
