I have a question about the groups

It's probably already been answered, but I haven't found anything. The truth is that I have created a group on steam, but it is only to do some special event with gift games and something that occurs to me, the thing is that no matter how much I synchronize my account, I can't get it to appear here on steamgifts ...can anyone help me?
On the other hand, to thank you for coming here to help, just to help, I'm leaving you a little giveaway for a game that I really like.

It can take a while (days to months) until a group is synced. Nothing to be done about it.

Wow, I did it 10 days ago waiting for it to sync and I see that it depends on other factors. I don't know if I should create another one and delete that one and if there is any luck. Thank you very much for your help, it was exactly what I was looking for.

That worked for me, depends how patient you want to be ^_^ When I deleted and remade my group, it appeared instantly, but I might have just go lucky :)

When was your group made? There was an issue with groups made in December/earlier January. The boss has discussed it here --> https://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/v80HS/account-syncing#j9rbpxK

One solution that worked for me was removing everyone from the group, leaving the group (so Deleting the group) and remaking it, SG should pick it up straight away.

Thanks, I think I'm going to decide to delete that group and make a new one, because coincidentally I created it in those days.

Apparently, there was a recent change to Steam that caused groups to stop syncing. cg fixed the problem a few days ago, but it'll take a few more days for all the groups to be synced.
