Welcome to the Puzzle Agency 10.

You managed to solve the mystery of the hidden messages and thus this thread has unlocked. First I would like to thank the people that helped me in the first part by posting various messages on my behalf. They weren't allowed to take part in the first bit, as it needed to be a secret who was behind the puzzle. They may from now on participate in the event.

Rules

This event is a group puzzle, you may share any information and help each other get through it. However, you may not post direct links or answers to puzzles. Each person will have to manually go through each step of the way. For example, if I were to hide a link somewhere in this text you can say "He's hidden a link between 'For' and 'example'.", but you cannot share that link yourselves.

Rulebreakers will be blacklisted and banned from the event and reported to SG. Any people already on my blacklist are also banned from the event, since most of them have cheated on my events in the past.

I am using SGTools to keep track of progress throughout the event, and to weed out SG rule breakers.

Puzzle / Story

Nordh is alive! So it seems Nordh has been trying to communicate throughout the ages. But how could he have put the same message in a news paper from the mid 1900s as in recent years? Last time you saw him he pushed you through a portal at the top of the pyramid. This was nearly 6 months ago and you've done some research since. Apparently a UFO had been sighted near a pyramid in Egypt at the same time, and you figured Nordh had something to do with it.

As you sit at your desk researching this new lead, the radio suddenly turns itself on.

Don't forget, if you get stuck you can discuss the puzzles and work together to solve them. As long as you don't post direct answers and links.

Now that someone's done it, I can reveal that complete solving requires a person to reach 3 different GAs. In alphabetical order: Victor Vran ARPG, WARMACHINE: Tactics - Standard Edition, and Xcom 2.

A small reminder. The note I left at one of the puzzles starts taking effect now. There will be a 10 hour downtime or so. You can still work and figure out the puzzle (you'll know it when you have found the solution), but progress report will be halted while my computer is not up and running as it's required to reach the next step once you've solved the puzzle.

First big downtime is over. Computer is now up and running again. I will most likely put it to sleep nightly (eastern european time).

Added in topic that it's a group puzzle to further reiterate the point that you're allowed to help each other. Seems silly that we have so few solvers of even the "first" puzzle.

During the next 4 days the downtimes will be a bit more extensive. Don't worry, you can still work on it, just might not get the final link as quick. The secret puzzle is unaffected by this.

Oh crap, must have missed that one when making the image. ^^ I was looking for appropriate images to go with different anagrams. Just like forgot to re-upload the book image to make it uploaded at a more recent date. You can tell how long I've been preparing for this, eh? =P

Didn't mean to leave anyone out ;>, you're right - there's quite a lot of nice puzzle creators around, although yours and revilheart's are usually the ones that tend to send me round the bend the most :D.

I too am working on a big event, set in a fictitious school of university. I am just finishing the music department puzzles today.

Very kind of you to say. I do the odd step when I have time, I am hoping August, but at this point its sort of a "when it is done" thing.

For 1 dollar you can get the current Humble Bundle tier 1 and you will be level 2. :) At least I think it would be enough since you're 1.8.

Now, what do we know... we're in a sweet little town, Nordh's been trying to get on the radio.
The weather sounds nice any day.
5 radio broadcasts, 5 weeks, 5 characters make up an SG giveaway code.
I also found an entirely unrelated piece of art!

The only thing I can think of that would use this many items is something that requires specific cases. There are two things common to SG that use 8 characters, but neither is case specific. Stumped for now.

Oh... you're missing one last step to get the correct code (also you should edit those letters out of your comment), you need to figure out the correct order.

I got past it on my first try today, but then the holo-part I don't know what I'm looking for and I can't listen to the video without it hurting my ears.
So I got a binary code using a spectrometer, but I can't extrapolate what voice in the video is trying to say. So I'm a bit stuck there.

You should look around the comments where you found the holo part, there is a lot of hints there.
