after I bought it I read in some Forum that the german buyers get a cut Version of the games.

not bad trade for my franchise for 2 keys and at that time it was about 2.50 a key so about 5 bucks.
They are both fun games the story is not so good but most games like this are not,it does have its quirks but it can be fun with a friend.
Either way for this price it cheaper then i think the franchise has ever been on Steam not sure if it has been bundled before though

I have been burned out with all the zombie craze in the past few years. I just can't seem to enjoy anything zombie related anymore. Played the first one, but it got stale pretty quickly.

Has anyone from Germany bought it and tried to activate the keys? The games are not available for purchase in the Steam Shop here. I'm thinking about buying this although I have enough games at the moment. But this may be an unique chance to get them.

I got Dead Island riptide more than a year ago. I had to import it from Austria but I was able to redeem it without problems. Later on I redeemed Dead Island from a humble bundle. So I it should be no problem for you to redeem the keys to a German account.

Thanks for the information so far. I did similar with The Typing of the Dead. I just wanted to be sure about his bundle. But if the Humble Bundle Key worked for Steam chances are pretty high it is the same here. Now I only have to decide.

I've never played Riptide, but I played through the first one twice. I've got around 80-90 hours in it I suppose. Great game. I really should play the second.
Considering I dumped around $100 for these games (PS3 base game and GOTY edition as well as PC version of first one and PS3 and PC version of Riptide) this is one heck of a bargain.
