Want to look younger and feel happier? sleep naked

Not hygienic, very cold in the winter (heck i'd even sleep with a sweater on).

+1 (but I don't look like I'm 16, because looking younger doesn't mean miracle ^^)

When I was living in a large apartment building, fire alarms went off at 1am in the middle of winter.

I only had a blanket covering me for an hour. Never again. When the fire comes again, I shall be ready.

Also, it was some twat thinking he could smoke in his room because he didn't want to go out to the smoking area (which is covered but still cold).

Well, what you're used to is usually more comfy :)

I could imagine sleeping without pyjamas/nightgown/etc., but I couldn't imagine sleeping without panties on. It would feel weird to me.
Still, I'd prefer to sleep in pyjamas, 'cause my hands and feets are almost always cold and sleeping naked would probably increase probability of accidentaly touching my warm skin with my hand or feet, while turning around or something. And that's not really pleasant sensation D:

Kids standing next to your bed at 2am saying they had a bad dream.....

My dog sleeps in my bedroom and sometimes his hair gets all over the place. I have never seen his hair on my bed nor I know if there is anything bad if his hair gets on my genitals but I prefer not to take any risk.

I sleep with boxers and hell is comfy as fuck. The very few times I sleep naked it feels wierd, not bad but not good, the penis sometimes have a drop of pee on the tip so with a pair of boxers you dont have to change your blankets, whereas naked, well, the result is pretty obvious

Living with your parents and sharing room with brother is good reason to have your pyjamas on D:

And I'm so used to it that I will never sleep pyjamas-less.

It depends, I tend to sleep only with boxers on because I find it more confortable to have my... things is it ok if I just say balls contained instead of turning in my sleep and squeezing one with a leg by accident (I change position a lot while I'm sleeping).

It's not very comfortable if you're male (at least for me).
And the cat.

For you maybe. I tried it once, but I'm pretty uncomfortable. I need at least some underwear. Might just be because stuff gets in the way all the time or something, but I need to have something on.

Exactly! The study must be published in a scientific site (like sciencedirect) and they need to use legit references. And I can't even imagine myself sleeping naked. I doubt I would even be able to sleep that way. xD

Same here. It's so reliefing to finally get undressed at the end of the day and feel totally free :)

If only you can find one! Furry friends would suffice too.

The intermediate advice about it should be to always be naked anywhere.
