Did a winner bypass the link? As long as your winners are OK, then support does not have anything to do.
If you want to report the users, go to https://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/b736C/tool-sgtools-new-section-deals and post the link to your giveaway for knsys to take a look at.
Do not post the usernames of those invalid entries, just post the link to the giveaway

As you will recognise the number of open tickets is about 30.000 as of now.
As long as the person with the invalid entry didn't win the giveaway, sg-support wil probably treat your ticket with lower importance.
They surely value your ticket, but just don't have the ressources to answer all these tickets in time.
If the invalid entry* had won your giveaways, sg support would have probably re-rolled them and applied the appropriate punishment by now.

I have created a gift with sgtool rules, and in the description i write:
THIS IS A SGT PROTECTED GIVEAWAY! DON'T ENTER THIS GIVEAWAY WITHOUT PASSING THE SGTOOLS CHECK! WARNING: BYPASS THE SGTOOLS CHECK (no valid Entries,leaked Link) = BLACKLIST + REPORT TO SGTOOLS ADMIN!

There steamgifts usernames listed here didn't obtain the giveaway URL from sgtools.info.
That means that they got the URL by a different way (you gave them directly, another giveaway with less requisites, etc.)
If you didn't give them by other means or other sgtools giveaways, they got it leaked and that's a banneable offense in SG.
I contact support in date July 13, but i don't received a reply.
it is normal to wait that long ?
