He will always have that green bar on most pages telling him that he won.

It affects the percentage received by users score. If it remains "waiting for feedback" I don't think it will impact it negatively, not certain however. You should at least try messaging the person to remind them about it.

You could try to contact them and remind them, if not try contacting one of the site mods. You can probably provide them with screenshots of the gift send and redeemed as proof

He got the DLC gifted second after it finished. I added him on Steam he didn't add me. Send it to the email and there was a problem with it... But I see it in his account. HE yet did receive the gift and still didn't mark it as received?

It's 1 day but it's annoying.

blah patience people. not everyone checks the site every hour of the day. or their email. And god i hate it when random people add me as a friend on steam. I would turn down a friend invite too. I never had this happen to me before but I do remember reading that you get positive feedback if there is no response after so much time i thought too.
