Every item has a sale period so yes it will get removed periodically.

Sega's Football Manager games always disappear after a while, so people can only buy the most recent (and more expensive) version.

Hard to say for sure, but most Activision games are licenced (I think right now they all games beside CoD are owned by someone else?), so they have big chance of being removed from store.

I'm not sure Steam even has clearance sales....

Konami removes every Pro Evolution Soccer as long the new one is on the store.

They all might.
