I won a giveaway for Alan Wake Collectors edition, I have waited about 15 hours for the email and nothing. I checked the users account and he has been online during that time....what do I do? I am frustrated and upset

Leave it. Creator has 7 days to give it to you. When those 7 are up, mark it as not received and get on with life.
