I saw the Sleeping Dogs DLC for $0.01 but it then went up, must have been a pricing error before the 91% pricing error.

Toki Tori for 49 cents when it was on sale.

Cheapest thing I've seen was some train simulator DLC for -1 RUB (about $-0.04) during this Winter Sell. It even said 100% off on it's page. Although it was a glitch because 10 minutes later it was back to 66% off or something like that.

Killing Floor Complete pack for $4 USD something at 85% off. (This was back in FEB 2012)

Stronghold Complete for $1.79. It was discounted improperly to 91% during the summer sale.

The pack contained 5 games so if you do the math that's ~.35 per game.

Cheapest deal I've ever seen.
