I'm pretty sure it will have English too. What it won't have is other languages. So if someone from Spain would want Spanish, he won't be able to use it - unless he'd be lucky with steam support and they would be in good mood to change region.

I have the Eastern version (Not the ultimate edition though). It used to be "UK" when I first bought it, but it was incompatible with DLC, so support changed it to a proper version (for me, in Latvia, that's the Eastern version). It's fully in English by default. I've never tried changing the language.

Can I create a giveaway but mention that this will only have the Czech, Russian and Polish languages in it?
