To me, if my choices in game can change some character's attitude, stories' surroundings, and even the endings, it is a game.
Some visual novels can't change anything, I think they are e-books.

Ones with choices definitely are, even if we ignore the types where there are minigames or other active gameplay.
With kinetic novels, I kind of agree. Not to gatekeep them being called games, but at that point it's a fancier slideshow with added animations and sounds. However we call them, I really enjoyed some (and some other were horrible lol)

They're really good at getting higher budget ones from certain publishers, and lower budget ones. Many of the high budget ones never get bundled though, and aren't even sold anywhere else than the steam store (like anything from. Spike Chunsoft)

I usually manage but i live in a big apartament building and the water pipes decided its a good time to just bust leaving ~70 aprataments without water so we had to do emergency replacement of the entire building pipes ... which obviously wasnt cheap and drained most of my savings xD

It's not exactly while stocks on each title last; the bundle goes on even though some of the games run out of stock, and they often manage to restock their keys.
Fanatical rather rarely has an end date shown on the bundle, because they like to extend or end them sooner.
Currently, the bundle is planned to end on 31 Oct (info taken from their API, not visible on the bundle page).
