Kudos for making the wedding correlation and coming down to 3 guesses (along with the correct one) just with the first image.

That would have been my first guess too, but it is not.

Don't think it is, but reminds me a lot of CONSORTIUM.

Bingo!!
Back in 1999, I spent hours, days, weeks trying to find all those bloody keys and Mountain Dew cans. What a great game it was (and, to be honest, still is)!

Curiously, screenshot from Body Harvest was one of my first entries in „Gues the Game” quiz.
Back in the N64 era, I was pretty amazed by Body Harvest's extensiveness, charm of s-f B-movies and some cool Amiga vibes.

It's not Pacman World as that proper dots instead of coins...
So instead I'll guess

The controls were bad, the UI was lazy, and it was just all around ugly to look at. It got repetitve almost as soon as you popped the disc in.
The game just felt cheap. Like it was made as quickly as possible, just to make a quick buck during the holiday season. That was all but confirmed to be the case after they managed to churn out another 2 within a years time.

Yes, it is Kings of the Beach, although my screenshot is from the DOS version.
I played a lot of this and its companion games Lakers vs Celtics, Skate or Die, Ski or Die when I was young. I loved them! Your turn :)

What is a boogaloo?
The Electric Boogaloo is a dance style that became meme-ified to denote crazy sequels, as popularized by the 1984 film Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo. While we are not break dance battling here, it is kind of like a screenshot battle and hence, the "screenshot boogaloo".
