No game on GOG gives a Steam key, ever. Race for the Sun developers gave Steam keys top previous GOG buyers from their own website.

Yeah, true. But it's not an isolated thing. And in the end, you get a Steam key from the devs after a GOG purchase. Doesn't matter if it's via website or in-game or e-mail.

GOG themselves don't give you jack, besides getting games up to snuff and a server to download it from. Games come from devs and publishers, not stores.

They provide a service where they sell and host DRM-free games. No one ever argued that.
All I said is they don't distribute Steam keys, the way Desura does. If a publisher wishes to provide a Steam key for a GOG purchase he has do to it from somewhere else.

Most of the people, who gave it bad reviews and say bad things about it, must have only played the unpatched version of the game or they expected the game to be much more than it is. The game is pretty simple in some aspects, but it doesn't make the game bad.
