Is it tradable? If it is and you actually can activate it there's no risk. Well, the biggest risk would be having it removed, but that's not much.

"Dear Steam support, I just traded for a game from a shady source that probably bought TW during the price glitch in the Russian Steam store. Now that I have it I don't know if I should activate it. Plz help."
Well, I'd say: go activate it, the worst that could happen is that Valve removes it from your library. You're not violating their TOS.

Activate it, you'll be just fine. Pricing error has been fixed and Valve doesn't care at this point anymore

So i've just got the copy of Two Worlds 2: Velvet edition which is undoubtedly from the russion store. Can I safely activate it or am i risking being banned (or any form of punishment) from steam?
What is your opinion on this matter?
(I really liked the Two Worlds game, so i'd love to try this one too.)
