a big, huge question for you, cg!

it's about "multiple copies giveaway", example: made a giveaway of 10 copies, giveaway ends and winners get their key. keys are all good but one, and i don't have a replacement key for the unlucky winner. so, usually, i ask the winner if agrees to delete (only) his giveaway, writing a ticket to Support.

and here comes the (old) problem: these kind of tickets can be handled only by a Super Moderator and that could mean a month or so of waiting (instead the usual fast response you get for a deletion/reroll) cause there are just a few of Super Mods.

since long time i've stopped doing "multiple copies GAs" cause of this, using a workaround -creating single different GAs with different levels or ending times- so that a "normal" Moderator could resolve my ticket.

question: would be possible to give Moderators that Super Mods power?
