Celebration, new achievement tiny train

After months of leaving/avoiding the shirt I finally stopped delaying the inevitable and got down to business.
Learning how to sew on a button.
Thanks Youtube

Some of the achievements that I ... euh achieved:

  • Threading a needle
  • Tie a knot
  • Poking through fabric
  • Shanking
  • Create a stitch
  • Thread anchor
  • Button complete

No Scrub

I did that all without "First Blood", now let's see if it holds.

Congratulations! Sewing is indeed a very valuable skill - it can prolong the life of your garb considerably, as long as you don't mind wearing something with patches. One more way to pinch pennies and make it through college.

Good job! We learned how to do that stuff in school, home economics class, but that was a lifetime ago and I don't remember any of it now.
