(I think it partly depends on the devs giving them keys promptly, but I hope for everyone who wants it that it'll restock soon!)

I would bet that they want to show "it is a good thing to buy bundles early" (= don't use the given copuons = save them money) and their netto win is with the other bundles, much, higher as with the killer bundle.
So their motivation to restock the killer bundle would be, much, lower as by the other bundles.
