Chill, your giveaway ended 5 hours ago.
It can take up to a day or two, depending on how busy they are.

It doesn't take too long, in a couple of hours it should be resolved, most likely a bit earlier.. ;)

In my experience especially recently, no more than a day max. Just relax go to sleep and when you wake up its usually done. :-)

Support tickets take a varying amount of time to process, based on their category.
Reroll tickets are the highest priority, and are thus addressed the quickest. User reports take the longest.
The quickest time span for a support response is [a couple of minutes to a few days].
Given the volunteer nature of the site's staff, and their varying activity rates, it's hard to give a more precise estimate than that.

Generally speaking, you shouldn't have to wait longer than 2 days for a reroll ticket to be processed.
That said, if it takes longer, don't stress. It's not going to get overlooked.

I'm not sure if I'm recalling this correctly, but I think that replying to a support ticket changes its sort time from that of the original ticket to that of the reply. As tickets are generally responded to in an oldest-first procession, that means that adding to your post may actually delay response. Likewise, a new ticket won't be addressed before an old one, and most certainly would be likely to delay response if the old one is closed.
