I often wonder what games people have on their wishlist when these sales roll around and there is such a huge divide between how 'awesome' and how 'shitty' the sale is. I personally find it strange that a game that was just released (Sniper Elite 4) is having the same discount as a game that is 4 years old (GTA V). Then there are the games that are good and should be on sale... but are not even lowest price (Ori and the Blind Forest)??? Come on. I will be able to pick up a couple of items... in fact, half of the games I just forced myself to buy were twice as much as the historical lowest price... and yes... I had to force myself to purchase a few games... like 5.... and I couldn't be more disappointed.

Half my wishlisted games are 10-50% off, and 20% aren't on sale at all.
I can't complain too loudly, however, as I can't afford to buy games, anyway. I should just be happy with the games I already have.Must be time to play some of my wins!

Valve should encourage the devs and market Summer/Winter sales as major sales to developers. Only thing they do is putting their games on huge sale and hope that other devs will follow. Plus, they lowered the sale CSGO gets. Even Valve themselves killed the major sale hype
