Looking for Group to do Give Aways Together.

There are hundreds of those. I'm sure you'll find one. ;)

i tried most of them are either closed or in another language.

probably what jbondguy said xD those groups really come in handy for ppl in the situation that i am now xD (too freaking poor) and when i can i will do some give aways too...

Join a public one and start there. Joining Private groups often requires more than just stating you will make giveaways. Prove you will by making giveaways before you join, and be active in the community by spending time in the forums posting in topics that interest you.
