Is support on vacation?

I sent a request to add a game to the list 4-5 days ago and still no response , I feel like I gotta shake a tree or something, what do guys think is this delay normal? I know its not for me, it never took this long to get a response to add a game worth 27.99$ :/

It is not necessary to open a topic to address your tickets. There are a lot of items to work through and we get to what we can, when we can.
