From what I saw, DMC is £1.24(SD$2.01/€1.45) and £1(US$1.52/€1.17) with coupon code on GMG UK. It's $4.99 on the US site and $4 with code.

It went off sale for a couple of days and went back on sale again yesterday. GMG just placed it under their Capcom sale to make it look like it's on sale.

Living in the US, I was able to use the key. So it should be no problem in North America.
