I have opened a support ticket to get 'orbt xl' added to the list of games so that I may put on a big prerelease give away.

Does anyone know how long it takes to get a response?
Thanks :)

Anyone know of another way to contact about this? Even after my game has now released, it still isn't in the list. I just want to give away keys to this community.

I hate to be the one that calls someone out but I'm just a little sceptical that every single positive review apart from one is on your friends list, including one blank profile called "bnick1" who has an empty friends list apart from you.

bnick1 is actually my father lol, he's not great with computers, but loves to try and support me. :) And I have spent all morning telling people on my friends list to pick it up (which is exhausting) So I suppose some of them actually are. I don't see why that's calling me out though? Thats really all us small game devs can do, tell everyone you know and hopefully if they like it, their friends will like it and it will organically grow. Thats what happened with my first game Bit Blaster XL.

Well I mean it'd be considered calling you out because my message could be perceived as stating it's possible your reviews are illegitimate, along with the other account in question. But if it really is your dad then fair enough, and obviously I can understand asking your friends to check out your game which helps it to uh.. ahem pick up Steam that any indie game needs when first released to start getting noticed, which also explains why they'd be the first to review it. I'm just pointing out that from a consumer's perspective, it makes the review section look a little suspicious. But anyway, I meant no direct harm and all that aside, I wish you the best of luck with your new release and hopefully support gets their asses movin' so you can get a big publicity boost and share your work with the community.

Thanks :) And yah, I have a lot of people on my Steam that are people I don't know, but just fans of my previous games, for lack of a better way for them to follow me or stay in contact. Out of the nearly 500 friends, I only actually know about 15 of them haha
