Region blocked games

Just a doubt... Bully is blocked for Brazil, so I'm unable to buy... If someone from USA buys and send me as a gift can I activate and play without problems?

Dont think so :/ region blocking sucks, pirate the game, the devs/publishers are clearly forcing you to do so

Or get it from GMG, they send keys which I don't think are blocked. I got my copy of Bully from there.

Well I can buy it from Amazon but the page says the key is valid only on North America...

Isso de bloqueio por região é uma droga mesmo !! Acho que não teria como ativar ele na sua biblioteca. Os desenvolvedores só vão perder dinheiro com isso e o pessoal vai acabar baixando esses jogos por torrent.

Well I put the /?cc=us on URL to see the price in dollars and managed to add to cart, then I switched back to /?cc=br and the game was still on my cart and I was able to pay... now I own the game LOL hope I don't get banned.

That's amazing. Wouldn't even have thought of recommending that because it only works for like 1 out of 100 games.

But yeah, for other things you can just have someone from the US (or wherever it's cheapest) gift it to you and it'll work.
