And yet, people support EA.

ehh how did noone see this coming. Always on DRM never works well the first week. There's zero incentive to pre-order this. It's worse than Diablo III situation. The solution is to wait until the game is released and THEN buy it. It's not complicated it doesn't involve you boycotting games to prove a point but it saves you money headache and hassle for little to no loss.

Oh EA, why are you giving us more reasons to hate you even further?

I saw Sim City 4 in a bin at Jewel. That's starting to look like an alright investment.

For once I feel happy I dont have the money to get the game...But wow, just deactivating keys like that, isnt that against law and considered false trade/theft of money? Also false advertisement on some cases? (Not so good at english)

EA will die sooner or later and will get sold to Valve or any other big company. Trust me.

Its the peoples own fault, by throwing money to EA after all the things they have done.

Would all people stop buying EA Games regardless whether they are good or not, EA would stop doing things like that.
But as long as they get their money, they will never stop bitching around with gamers.

And this is why i avoid EA forums and Origin like the plague.

No surprise there. I had my account banned for a week about 6 months ago because I posted a deal from GMG on Battlelog to get BF3 Premium for a discount. Luckily after spamming their forums and support for a few days, they finally just reinstated my account.

The only reason I have any games on Origin is because of that time they screwed up and accidentally gave out half their catalog for free.

this is why ladies and gentlemen, why you never should support EA.

Inb4 someone comes over and starts saying how it's just anti-EA bandwagon and everyone are wrong for hating EA... I give this thread 5 hours TOPS before that happens.

So, anyway, on topic: Shouldn't people be able to sue EA for that? There is usually some legal hole that they can hide in but this is outright theft. I've seen companies get sued for much smaller things and losing. Has anyone even tried yet?
