Begging jokes are forbidden and for a good reason(s).
First, not everyone speaks english well enough to understand it is a joke (i've seen people here using google translate) and might think it's allowed.
Second, every real beggar would use 'just joking' as an excuse to escape suspension. Quickly forum would be flooded with these 'jokes'

So I entered all of the Fortix giveaways I was eligible for in the Ultimate Giveaway Thread. And I won Fortix, twice. What should I do? I have received a steam key by e-mail from one, and the other one added me on Steam. I don't wanna get suspended for this.
