I'd understand the region lock if they had regional pricing like Steam, but considering we're all paying the same amount of money for the bundle, why do some games end up having locks?

Yeah... I guess you're right, I didn't think of it that way... so HB gets the region locked keys for cheaper and sells it as a whole.. dang. Well nothing we can do about it ig

The publisher determines the state of the keys- or, at least, Humble has been adamant in assuring us of that fact, over the years. Based off that, the region locking should revolve completely around resale considerations, and the publisher's perspective on such.

publisher determines the regional lock and pricing.
could be due to local laws or currency.
ex. germany used to ban nazi flags and gore. and russia get cheap keys because economy
