It depends sometimes when i order it, they are there and give me the keys already, once you got the keys you can't refund.

Well, kinda the same if you got Speedrunners before it went out of EA and everyone had "No Time To Explain Remastered" added to their accounts for supporting the game, so I have no license or likely for that either.. Kinda lame tbh.

Should be a notification for that just like when they scare one & revoke something so you atleast can know something has been added to your account imo :)

I agree, a notification would be nice, even something small in your Steam notifications every time a game is added.
