No, bundle sites are the money laundering sites. People spend their dirty money, then farm cards for clean Steam money.

So, it hit me that Steamgifts could actually be some kind of money laundering front. This is not mentioned in the FAQ, but it could be that everyone forgot to tell me. Does anyone wash dirty blood money in the streams of the river Humble, then distribute clean game keys to randomized patsies? Just curious.
