says the same for me but the game is more GPU dependent and I've got GTX 650 Ti just my CPU Intel Core Duo E6750 @ 2.66GHz is failing me...but with these parts I can run the game with over 40 fps constantly on high and on ultra almost all the time over 30 fps ( yeah in big fights drops to 25 fps) so I guess I will be able to play on high or medium in multi and now I've got i3 3220 but still my new motherboard for it hasn't arrived :D and when it arrives SAY HELLO TO MAXED OUT BF3 :D

i preordered it. actually singleplayer is not that bad atall, but multiplayer is badly designel and poorly executed for multiplayer oriented game.

I advise you to read new legal agreement, it's all ok now

few weeks ago before, I changed my computer, i had a 9600GT and with all the graphical settings at minimum I could run the game even at around 50 fps so, unless you want better visuals or better fps you could make it work

from he BF3 Origin page:
DirectX 10.0 compatible with 512 MB RAM (....NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT or higher performance)
so maybe you can run it, but with low resolution & details

I have only a little better card (HD4850) and I can run it without problems on medium-low. So if you can't run it, then problem is in CPU or RAM...

best solution -> reinstall sound driver or just reinstall windows its easy and fast!(okay,okay maybe I lied that it's fast ...it might take a while :D)
