Random keycaps set on the marketplace

I found a set of discarded keycaps on the marketplace. Those that were discontinued due to defects are put into bags and sold for $4 for 200 grams of completely random keyboard keycaps. The only filter is anime style, cute style and a couple more. Do you have experience with this? Is it worth trying or is it better to buy a good set? And what do you think about this?
