Amazon US game deals has always worked from EU as long as you gave US delivery address.
And Same is true for other Amazons too. (UK,FR,DE I have personally used without any problems)

Aww, I missed the sale for Megadimension Neptunia VII and I would have definitely picked it up if I had known earlier. Now it's out of stock but I did pick up MegaTagmension Blanc.
