I used to get that error. Make sure you tick the box that says your country on the purchase page. If not, you can always make a second steam account and gift the game to your main account :)

-autoconfig in your database for the game? Maybe try to see where the game is in your steam folder.

umm not sure whats -autoconfig about though, but i just checked my steam folder for this one, even tried repairing 3.1 framework but its still a no go. even windowed version gives no steam api (and steam_api.dll is in that folder though). so no idea what to do next :/

edit: just managed to make it work using -safe command, ty robo :)

lets just call it a profit and not mention numbers, this made me realize ive been waiting for a card to drop 2cents in price before i purchase it... and i refreshed the page like 15 times ... probably spent more on electricity while doign so. 2 cents man, 2 freaking cents. because i thought how 11 cents was too much, and i wont pay more than 9 for it. cents. nine cents.

lets just not talk about numbers anymore :=)

My best was buying a blockland booster, because I've seen that the cards are quite expensive compared to the booster pack. Well, I've got lucky - I got the pricier cards (all common) - and I ended up with the massive profit of €0.01. Totally worth it.

Just use the gravity thing that pushes them out of your way and use it to jump, I usually rage quit with these sorts of games but this one...just made sense to me for some reason or another.
