Windows 10 is fine. Probably has something to do with the Razer headset and the computer he's hooking it up to.
I have Win10 and a Creative Fatal1ty headset and all I did was plug the color coded plugs into the right sockets and it works without fuss.
What's the integrated microphone array entry? Looks like THAT is working... or maybe it's overriding the other one that says unavail? Try disabling the array one and see what happens?
