Request a new winner?

I was wondering the same thing xD

• Blacklisted winner
• Winner did not respond in 7 days, with the condition that the key is not sent
• Other case when the winner cannot redeem the key anymore (already own, perma-ban,...)

I guess when the user is suspended, when you have a "legit" blacklist approved by the staff, maybe even when the users has created fake giveaways or simply broke the rules.

"For exemple can you use it when you feel like the winner doesnt deserve it" Absolutely not. You can reroll if the winner is breaking a SG rule like he already owns the game or doesn't own the base game or if he is breaking a special rule of your giveaway (not for public giveaways and needs to be approved by support).

Edit: Oh, forgot what faragona wrote. If the winner doesn't respond within 7 days or declines the gift you can also reroll.

If you click the Request New Winner link, it shows you a dropdown box with the valid reasons, and "other" for special situations, but it still has to be within the guidelines of the site. Not something like "I don't like him", "he has too many games", etc.

So i have to give it to a guy who has more than 11000 entries, only 8 or 9 comments and over 20 wins and who has never given anything back to the community, because he doesnt break the rules?
