[Solved] Steam payment problems

Has anyone else problems with their payment on Steam right now?
At first, nothing worked and now I can't change the method itself. Especially I can't deactivate using my Steam wallet funds to pay.

On Steamstatus there is There have been an increased amount of page views on this site in the past hour, this could indicate an issue with Steam.
So i would assume there might be something wrong with it .
