The way they do this is they apply a discount code to your account. You then add Spec Ops: The Line to your cart and check out. During checkout, you apply the coupon from a dropdown list of coupons, and it gives you 100% off the game. You then get an e-mail with your key as well as the key presumably being available in your purchase history.
It's not clear to me if this is enough to land Spec Ops: The Line on the bundle list, but it likely is.

But now i wonder if gamefly gonna charge my card after trial is over? The thing is: in order to join GameFly using "Join" button it's required to choose a membership plan, and the choice is only between two options: "Free Trial 1 Game Out" and "2 Games Out at a time". Although, i'm not sure if I actually chose something during checkout, but i'm a little worried now - what if i did?. So, does anyone have any extended experience with gamefly?

Just an update from last post a week ago. The Spec Ops: The Line free game was finally sent to my email today. I was given a key & activated on Steam. I spent $4 total for SOTL (free) and Bioshock 2 ($4 after applying 20% discount).

In Gamefly or on your actual key? If it was on your communication with Gamefly, I think it's just what Gamefly themselves are calling it and it isn't to do with region locks. Gamersgate sometimes do the same thing. Did you buy it from their UK store-front?
I'm in the UK, also got it tagged {UK} by Gamefly in one of their emails to me, and the key itself is (ROW).
As far as I'm aware, there isn't a separate UK key for this game (or nearly any game). SteamDB.
Edit: Just looked back through my past 5 orders from Gamefly and they've tagged all of them as {UK}. Reasonably sure it's nothing to with region-locks.

This game will give full contributor values when creating a GA? I just want to clarify, because I don't see it listed anywhere in the FAQ as being exploited/bundled/etc.

It's currently listed as such, but could go on the bundle list from this sale (though I think it would have already, were that the case).
