This is just a hypothetical scenario I thought of where someone might accidentally break the rules.
Imagine someone has only given away bundle games, and thus has a CV of $30. He gives away the newest bundle game, which is not yet marked as a bundle game, thus temporarily causing his CV to rise above $30 until his giveaway is retroactively marked as a bundle giveaway.
While his CV is higher than it should be, he enters a giveaway that has a CV minimum higher than $30 and he wins.
Did this person violate the rules? Does it matter if this was completely unintentional on his part?
