With the right builds and people on your server, MC can be an AMAZING tower defense game. You can set up an occupied village and dispensers full of monster eggs, and defend the villagers from waves of enemies. Or you can have one team defend a stronghold from invaders.
I love how versatile Minecraft is when it comes to creating content and game types, especially when you're open to using console commands and mods. :)

Maybe Earth Defense Force: Insect Armageddon?
I didn't see it in Your Steam library...

I don't have this. But I don't think I want this. It's not a standard TD in the traditional sense.

I thought ibomber defense and oil rush were pretty cool.

I have both ibomber but I'm not too sure about Oil Rush.

Aw you have too many games lol
Reversed-tower defense like Anomaly and Anomaly: Korea?

I like Anomaly. But some of the missions are insanely hard. I'm waiting for a sale for the second one.

Or have Steam tell you :)
(Also, from the Flash version I had started to play a while back, Defender's Quest: Valley of the Forgotten was pretty neat. [edit] Just noticed it was mentioned already, so basically... +1. [/edit])

I have WC3. I didn't know there are TF mods for this.

I have it. And I didn't really enjoy it. The FPS part of this game didn't really resonate with me.

I'm going to give it a second chance. The last time I played it it seemed pretty mediocre to me.

it starts slow, kinda to appease those are not really good at this type of stuff, but believe me, it gets harder the more you play it.

The best is Defense Grid. After that, it's Sol Survivor, then maybe Primal Defense (I haven't tried it) and Defender's Quest.

I don't even remember having Sol Survivor. Going to try it out. Never heard of Primal Defense.

Seems complicated. Not really sure what kind of TD game is this.
I prefer something like Defense Grid's kind of map and game mechanics.

Anyone playing Tower Wars here? Seems interesting.

Tower wars is awesome. Not played much tho because of ping issues here.

Alien Hallway
Two Worlds II Castle Defense
These aren't EXACTLY tower defense games, but they share a lot of the same aspects and are really fun to play. Unfortunately they are both rather expensive for how short they are. They were much more worth it when they were included in bundles.

Dungeon Defenders is the best!

Well, you already have the best one, Orcs Must Die! 2 (DD is nowhere near that good), so I'd suggest you to play a little more of Plant vs Zombies, it's actually quite fun to build strategies for survival levels.

Tower Wars - The multiplayer is great if you have a friend to play against. Wouldn't recommend if you don't know anyone with the game because it will take you a while to find an actual match.
Orcs Must Die 2 - Also fun with a friend, but playable (and fun) in singleplayer as well. More combat oriented though.
Anomaly 2 - Have not tried the game my self but friends tell me its good. Looks like it too from the footage I've seen.
Toy Soldiers - A bit more casual, but still fun.

I'd give Fieldrunners another try. It's more of a conventional TD w/ upgradeable towers and mazing, which is lacking in a lot of the newer 'TD' games. I'm in the process of 100% it on PC, though I probably played more than 100 hours of it back when I had it on iPhone. Also, Plants vs Zombies is a great TD game, which may initially come off as really casual at first, but the difficulty ramps up and you can look into optimizing your layout in survival endless mode. It's anything but casual if you want to get past 100 flags LOL
I see you put in a lot of time on OMD2, and while I really enjoyed it, it doesn't really qualify as a TD game in my opinion. It focuses more on 3rd person combat, to the point where I went through most of the game not using any traps at all just to get bonus skulls. If you enjoy that mix of 3rd person combat and tower defense, you may want to look into Sang-Froid. It has a very deep strategy and planning element that I love, but if you want automatic defenses then it may not be your style. The majority of the traps in that game require you to activate them yourself, much different from most TD games where defenses are automatic. You can read my review here as well as an in-depth look at the gameplay mechanics here

I'm looking for good tower defense games I do not yet own.
Take a look at my account and see if I am missing any good ones.
