What happens if somebody won a game but has a suspended account?

Somebody won a game i created but has a suspended account. I send the key he won already to his email, so re-roll is not an option. My question is, will this game be flagged as received or not received at the end of the week?

It will stay as "awaiting feedback" until the winner comes back and mark it as received.
