Are you allowed to do Giveaways for Humblebundle Gift Links?

Hi,
I have plenty of old HumbleBundle Games I didn't use to I thought it would be a good way to make Giveaways here. I remember that they had a time where you only got links to send to your friends, because HB Keys got reselled a lot.

Can I do giveaways for these or do I need to have a key/gift in my inventory?

You can do that. SG's key-storage system even takes links (only humble ones though)
